We offer two returns options for your customers. Parcel drop-offs via our Yodel Store network, or scheduled home collections via our Xpect Returns service.

Return to Yodel Store

With thousands of nationwide drop-off locations open 7 days a week and high-tech tracking capabilities, Yodel is a trusted choice for ecommerce returns across the UK.

Our Return to Yodel Store service offers your customers the flexibility to return items at their convenience. Shoppers are provided with a receipt with tracking details for proof of shipping, and can easily arrange their returns in the Yodel Parcel Tracker App or via their selected retailer.

Key features of our Return to Yodel Store service include:

  • 72-hour return service

  • Monday-Saturday Yodel Store collections as standard, with deliveries made from Monday to Saturday

  • End-to-end tracking via the Yodel website and Yodel app

  • Free Print in Store available in 100% of Yodel stores

  • Thousands of conveniently located stores across the country

Collected from and delivered into Yodel Stores, our tracked Return to Store service aims to deliver parcels to retailers within 72 hours of the customer dropping off their parcel. Fully tracked, both you and your customers can monitor the parcel's full journey .

Making convenience a priority, your customers are able to choose from thousands of Yodel Stores nationwide to return their parcel.

How Return to Yodel Store works

  1. Arrange returns through the Yodel Parcel Tracker app or via retailer website

  2. Customers select a local drop-off point from thousands of Yodel Stores nationwide

  3. Returns labels are printed in store for free and customers receive a digital label, or they can print at home if preferred

  4. Parcels are dropped into store, and are then collected and delivered via our tracked Return to Store service
